Read MoreWith over seventeen years of brand and corporate communications experience across top Asian markets including India China, Malaysia and Singapore, Piyal currently leads external communications for IPM India Wholesale Trading Pvt Ltd (An country affiliate of Philip Morris International). In her previous role, she lead the Consumer Technology vertical for Genesis BCW, managing a varied portfolio of some of the biggest brands across multiple sectors like FMCG, Technology, Corporate & Start Ups. In addition to this, she was also heading – “Step Up” – a unique offering focused towards start-ups in India. Piyal’s expertise lies in driving high impact integrated measurable campaigns in service of thought leadership, advocacy/policy agenda, brand loyalty/preference building, content creation, smart partnerships and issues & crisis communications.
Through the years, she has worked closely on award winning campaigns with brands like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Intel, Diageo, PepsiCo, Yum! Restaurants (KFC/Pizza Hut/Taco Bell), Mars Chocolates, Cargill, General Electric, Uber, Bookmyshow, MakeMyTrip, Oppo India, Huawei, Fitbit, Indigo Airlines, NGC & FOX Traveller, Danone, Dolby, Logitech, Senheisser. In her free time, Piyal is known to take keen interest in mentoring the next-gen of Communications’ professionals and prepare them for leadership roles.
