joined Marriott International in 2004.
In her 15 year tenure with the company, Khushnooma has led the
marketing and brand roadmap, as well as launched multiple new
properties within the Marriott portfolio in India.
Khushnooma’s work impetus is focused on business excellence across
every marketing vertical that drives brand Marriott. Under her astute
leadership, Marriott emerged as the No. 2 hospitality brand in India.
She manages all 15 brands of ‘Marriott International’ portfolio present in
India and is responsible for the strategic growth of these brands under the consortium.
Post the Starwood Marriott merger, Khushnooma now works with a team of over 50 associates and
leads 111 operating hotels. She has pioneered several campaigns which were ahead of their times and
thereby gone beyond the otherwise traditional hospitality landscape.
