leadership has been instrumental in spearheading projects that contribute to yearly business growth through
service delivery, brand establishment, marketing, and sales enablement.
Recently appointed as Group CEO of Blue Vector, a group of creative agencies in India providing the best
creative, marketing tech solutions, and creative process offshoring,Nidhi will be spearheading the company’s
growth and overseeing its international expansion initiatives. Blue Vector caters to a diverse clientele,
ranging from burgeoning startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
In her last role with JioSaavn, as Head of Brand Marketing, Nidhi was at the forefront of leading B2B
solutions for the audio streaming service. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role at Tata Advanced Systems,
establishing and integrating marketing and inside sales functions. She has also provided consultancy to
startups, orchestrating projects such as up-selling, cross-selling, and creating OEM distribution and reseller
channels across Pan Asia and the Middle East. Her rich professional history includes associations with DXC
Technologies, the British Council, Steria Sopra, and Toyota Financial Services.
Nidhi’s innate ability to connect with people and adaptability position her as an expert in fortifying complex
partnerships, be it with internal stakeholders or strategic business and technology alliances, all aimed at
achieving desired business goals. Beyond her corporate pursuits, she has been a distinguished thought
